El objetivo de esta investigación fue analizar las actividades de crianza  y la autoatribución de los roles de género en padres de familia de la Ciudad de Toluca, México. Se trabajó con 205. Se utilizaron el Cuestionario de reporte de la crianza y la Escala de autoatribución de los roles de género. La aplicación se llevó a cabo con consentimiento informado en diversos espacios. Los datos se obtuvieron con media y desviación estándar,  coeficiente de correlación de Pearson y con un análisis de varianza. Los hallazgos revelaron los participantes se atribuyen el rol parental funcional y que realizan con frecuencia las actividades de crianza. Estos dos factores tuvieron una correlación baja. Se encontraron diferencias en las  actividades crianza por escolaridad y estado civil. Esto deja ver que la masculinidad se encuentra en proceso de transición y que existe un mayor involucramiento de los padres en el ámbito privado. En el ámbito educativo, la motivación ha sido considerada un factor determinante en el rendimiento de los estudiantes. En los últimos años se ha buscado la integración de los componentes cognitivos y motivacionales mediante modelos, como el del Rubicón, que contemplan la formación, iniciación y desactivación de la intención. Esta revisión integra las fases de este modelo en el ámbito educativo. Tras el desarrollo teórico se determinaron tres momentos claves en el proceso motivacional del estudiante. El primero involucra las fases pre-decisión y pre-acción, relacionadas con la toma de decisiones. El segundo coincide con la fase de la acción, donde las estrategias volitivas juegan un papel fundamental en la persistencia de la acción motivada. El tercero, la fase post-acción, se relaciona con la atribución de causalidad asumida por el estudiante ante los éxitos y fracasos. Title A name given to the resource Adaptación y validación de la escala de espiritualidad de Delaney en una muestra de adultos puertorriqueños Abstract A summary of the resource. El presente trabajo analiza las propiedades psicométricas de la escala de espiritualidad de Delaney en una muestra de adultos puertorriqueños. La Escala de Espiritualidad es un instrumento holístico que mide las creencias, intuiciones, estilo de vida, prácticas y rituales representativos de la dimensión espiritual del ser humano. Un total de 328 puertorriqueños participaron en este estudio psicométrico. Los resultados reflejaron una solución de tres factores como la más apropiada para explicar la variancia en las puntuaciones. Estos factores fueron identificados como Poder Superior/Inteligencia Universal, Relaciones con otros y Auto-descubrimiento. Un total de 15 reactivos cumplieron con los criterios de discriminación y cargas factoriales apropiadas en uno de los tres factores. El índice de confiabilidad obtenido para la versión final de 15 reactivos fue .92.
