La diferenciación es un concepto generado por Bowen, el cual plantea el balanceo de la distancia emocional del individuo con respecto a su familia y sus seres queridos. Se han planteado un conjunto de indicadores para la medición de la diferenciación con instrumentos tales como cuestionarios. Por otro lado, la calidad de red se refiere a las relaciones sociales que establecen los sujetos con respecto a su medio social. La finalidad del presente trabajo es la aplicación de dos instrumentos de medición, uno de diferenciación y otro de calidad de red para observar su relación. Se aplicaron estos instrumentos a una población de 200 jóvenes universitarios y se llevaron a cabo los cálculos estadísticos pertinentes. Se encontró que hay una correlación negativa entre los dos instrumentos. Es decir, que a mayor diferenciación, menor calidad de red. Se discuten las implicaciones teóricas de estos resultados y se analizan los resultados a la luz de los conceptos teóricos planteados. El presente estudio tuvo como objetivos evaluar la dinámica familiar de los y las adolescentes de educación básica superior, de una Unidad Educativa de la ciudad de Cuenca, Ecuador que presentaron bajo rendimiento académico en el curso 2014-2015; así como identificar la posible influencia de características de la dinámica familiar en dicho fenómeno.Se desarrolló un estudio descriptivo de corte transversal que contó con un diseño mixto, donde se emplearon de forma combinada métodos cualitativos y cuantitativos de investigación.Se trabajó con las familias de 23 estudiantes identificados con bajo rendimiento académico. Las técnicas e instrumentos de evaluación utilizados fueron: Cuestionario ¿Cómo es tu familia? ¿Cómo es su familia?; Entrevistas y Genograma.Entre los resultados destaca el predominio del tipo de estructura familiar extensa, la existencia de relaciones familiares conflictivas, dificultades en el modo de enfrentar los problemas, mala comunicación intrafamiliar y evidencias de limitados recursos familiares para afrontar situaciones problémicas.Estas características establecen complejas interacciones que ejercen una influencia en la funcionalidad familiar y por consiguiente en el tipo de rendimiento académico alcanzado por los estudiantes. El trabajo busca esclarecer sobre el problema de un hipotético código psico-neural que develaría el enigma de las relaciones entre mente y cerebro. Al inicio, se argumenta que la idea de un código psico-neural constituye uno de los problemas centrales de la neurociencia que se remonta al interaccionismo cartesiano y se inscribe en la tradición epistemológica que aspira a matematizar la naturaleza. Title A name given to the resource Clima de seguridad ocupacional: respuesta de seguridad del jefe y conducta segura del trabajador Abstract A summary of the resource. El objetivo del presente trabajo fue conocer la percepción del clima de seguridad ocupacional, la respuesta de seguridad del jefe y la conducta segura del trabajador; así como la relación entre estas variables en grupo de trabajadores. Participaron 159 trabajadores pertenecientes a una empresa del sector eléctrico del estado de Campeche. Se utilizó la escala de clima de seguridad ocupacional, la escala de respuesta de seguridad del jefe y la escala de conducta segura del trabajador. Los resultados indican que los trabajadores tienen una buena percepción sobre el clima de seguridad de la empresa. Mencionan que su jefe utiliza su equipo de protección personal cuando así lo requiere su trabajo y que le interesa su seguridad en el trabajo. Tanto jefes como colaboradores muestran una percepción más positiva respecto a su propia conducta segura. Por otro lado, sí existe relación entre la percepción del clima de seguridad y la respuesta de seguridad del jefe con respecto a la conducta segura del trabajador. Es importante realizar intervenciones en seguridad desde una cultura de seguridad, ya que las percepciones compartidas entre los miembros de la organización forman un marco de referencia para que el trabajador se comporte de forma segura.
